As both an operator and a trainer in the drinking water industry, Kevin saw a need for visual training methods first hand. In 1997, he pioneered online and CD-based training for drinking water operators as the Training Director for the Montana Water Center, an EPA-funded Technical Assistance Center located on the campus of Montana State University. The products Kevin created there have been distributed in the tens of thousands, truly making a dent in the needs of US operators. In 2006, Kevin created ertainonline.com and waterhelp.org to address a growing demand for state-specific training applications. He is your point of contact if your organization is interested in a new product or adaptation of any of our existing training tools. Kevin has a degree in Hydrogeology from Montana State University and an extensive background in instructional design.
