Yes. In order to receive credit, you must log in before continuing with any lesson. It is possible to take the lesson without logging in, but you will not receive any credit for it until you complete it while logged in.
When you launch a new lesson, the very first screen will ask you to log in. If you have already created an account, select your name from the list and enter your password. If you have not created an account, click the "create new account" button and fill out the form. The name you use will be the name printed on your certificate of training. It is not possible to change this name later, so use your real name.
After entering your user name and password, your name will appear at the top of the main menu.
No. This course stores information about the lessons you've completed on the local hard drive. When you switch to a new computer, that information becomes unavailable. Because of this limitation, you must begin and finish on a single computer. This applies to both the CD and online versions of this course.
No. The main menu will keep track of the lessons you've finished, but you must complete an entire lesson at a time. If you close the lesson window without finishing that lesson, you'll have to start at the beginning the next time you open it.
After completing a lesson, you will be allowed to take that lesson's quiz. When you pass this quiz, print out and sign the certificate of training and send to:

No. You must be logged in before completing each lesson and the final exam. This is the only way we can verify that it's you getting credit.
If you are unable to print your certificate after completing the final exam or quiz, you will have to retake it. For this reason, it's very important that you make sure your printer is connected and functional before beginning the final exam.
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link in the login dialogue. Enter the answer to your hint question and click "Get Password."
Yes. Although there is one caveat. You can only search the content in the review section of the training program. The review lessons allow you to freely navigate from slide to slide but cannot be taken for credit. You can access the review lessons by clicking on the "Review" tab at the top of your screen.
